HyerTek is seeking a Training Delivery Lead to oversee and execute 1–5-day technical training classes, both virtually and on-site, across the United States. This key role will be responsible for customizing the curriculum to meet the unique needs and skill levels of our client organizations, ensuring training delivery is engaging, effective, and aligned with industry best practices. As the Training Delivery Lead, you will facilitate hands-on labs and practical exercises, guiding both technical and business users through a transformative learning experience.
You will partner with our instructional design team to maintain and improve course materials, integrating the latest technical vendor updates, features, and best practices, while preserving curriculum alignment with current technical certification and capabilities. Additionally, you will serve as the primary technical expert during training engagements, providing pre-training consultations, post-training support, and delivering tailored learning paths that meet client objectives.

Required Qualifications
Certifications & Expertise
Current Microsoft certifications in one or more focus areas:
- Azure: Solutions Architect, Administrator, Developer, or Security Engineer
- Power Platform: Power BI Data Analyst, Power Platform Functional Consultant, or Developer
- Dynamics 365: Functional Consultant, Developer, or Solutions Architect
- Microsoft 365: Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator, or Teams Administrator
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments
- 3+ years delivering professional training, technical workshops, or adult education
- Proven track record in training diverse audiences (technical and business users)
- Experience with both virtual and in-person training delivery platforms
Core Competencies
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse learner groups
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% domestically for on-site training delivery
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance (if required)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
