Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of early childhood students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student progress and success.
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to support academic, social, and behavioral goals.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Early Childhood Special Education Credential.
- Proven experience working with early childhood populations in a special education setting.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create adaptive and engaging learning materials.
