Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs

- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instruction as needed to meet individual goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Special Education teaching license from the state of Minnesota
- Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
