This part-time occupational therapy position offers the opportunity to support K-12 students in a school environment located in Naperville, IL. The role focuses exclusively on onsite services and spans the 2025-2026 school year, with a mitment of approximately 16 hours per week. The caseload includes 15 students, allowing for meaningful, individualized therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prehensive occupational therapy services tailored to students' developmental and educational needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, healthcare, and school-based settings
- Strong ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs
- Knowledge of K-12 educational standards and related therapeutic interventions
