Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

Blazer Jobs is seeking four experienced Paraprofessionals to support students in grades K4 for the 20252026 school year. These positions require prior school-based experience and involve working with students who have educational disabilities in both instructional and personal care capacities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Support students with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs

• Reinforce skill development through academic and behavioral support

• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff

• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred

• At least 1 year of school-based paraprofessional experience

• Experience with students with educational disabilities preferred

• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality
