Training Program Development Specialist

Overview

We’re on the hunt for a strategic and action-oriented professional to spearhead a scalable training framework for a large-scale manufacturing workforce. This role empowers frontline talent development, fuels career advancement, and fosters continuous learning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead a multi-phase training roadmap, including:
• Immersive onboarding for new hires
• Skill-building tracks for operational roles
• Certified trainer pathways for advanced contributors
• Partner with leadership and employee relations teams to define career trajectories
• Drive continuous learning culture through impactful development initiatives
• Coordinate with technical experts to validate training content and ensure alignment with operational priorities (note: content creation is not required—facilitation and strategy are the focus)
• Develop and deploy performance-based assessments and skill evaluation tools
• Regularly review and evolve program offerings based on employee feedback and shifting business needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Adult Development, or a related discipline
• Experience delivering corporate training or instructional programs
• Language skills in korean a plus but not required
