Field Trainer for Plumbing & Water Quality Sales

If you have successful experience with in-home sales, preferably specific to plumbing, and feel you can coach others to success, then we'd like to talk to you.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

Coach current teams, between offices across Indiana, Illinois & Ohio, effective communication, and sales process.

Lead by example - using the process and methods taught.

Job Requirements

· Must have in home sales experience, preferably plumbing or water treatment

· Understand and be able to teach value-added selling.

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.

· Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead

· Must be able to climb and work on ladders
