A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to serve a K-12 school system in Pulaski, TN. This contract position begins on August 6, 2025, offering a chance to work within a supportive educational environment throughout the next school year.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a comprehensive K-12 caseload across seven schools, collaborating with a part-time psychologist
- Conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions to support students' academic and emotional needs
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend appropriate services
- Providing crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with a K-12 student population
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and work collaboratively with staff across multiple school locations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Location and schedule details:
- Position located in Pulaski, TN
- Full-time contract for the school year starting August 6, 2025
- Work hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Responsibilities span seven schools, supported by a part-time psychologist
