- Provide one-on-onesupportand guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Share your personal experiences and insights to foster hope and resilience in others.
- Assist clients in setting and achieving their personal recovery goals.
- Facilitatesupportgroups and community activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Lived experience in recovery from mental health or substance use challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide empatheticsupportand encouragement.
-Certificationas aPeerSupportSpecialist is a plus, but not mandatory.
