- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' needs to develop and implement appropriate IEPs
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students requiring intervention
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to enhance the learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding student development
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on best practices in special education
