Are you looking to pursue a job opportunity in the educational field and start out as a Teacher's Aide?
This is an afterschool program all year round for 2025-2026: (Monday thru Friday ) from 12noon-6pm
Immediate openings if you enjoy being a tutor in a classroom settings and you're good with children of different ages K- 8th grade.
- Responsibilities to help children K-8th grade: Homework assistance,, lesson plans, reading, writing, math, social studies, science
- Teachers assistance with children's attendance progress of record keeping.
- Participating in field trips, sports, cooking , computer learning, performing arts.
- Pay Rate $19.00
- Part-Time- (No Benefits).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED or Associates degree or 48 college credits, must be able to provide proof.
- Regular school year schedule(No exceptions) 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Monday thru Friday (weekends off).
- Summer program schedule vary between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday thru Friday.
- Flexible to substitute and commute to other school site locations within the school district.
- Must be able to pass School District Drug Test Clinic Process, Criminal Background & Livescan, TB Test, Physical.
- Will be provided during employment (CJO ) Conditional Job Offer- Basic Arithmetic, English, Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation Test.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time to help lead physical education activities..
- District will provided first aid/CPR training and instructional Aid training, if you hold current certifications, you'll need to show proof.
