Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois state Special Education licensure.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students, particularly in self-contained and resource settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Location:
Naperville, IL (with specific assignments in Mount Prospect, IL)
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instructional support to a mixed caseload of approximately 12 students, focusing on both self-contained and resource classroom settings.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to create and maintain positive learning environments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives to ensure each students progress.
- Facilitate effective communication between students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding academic and behavioral expectations.
- Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions as required.
