Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students in a Christian Academic setting. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Follow a comprehensive curriculum</li>
<li>Assist children with developing social and emotional skills</li>
<li>Change diapers and/or Potty Train</li>
<li>Communicate with parents and other school personnel</li>
<li>Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li>
<li>DCF 45 Hrs. (Preferred)</li>
<li>CPR Certified (Preferred)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines</li>
<li>Problem-solving and mediation skills</li>
</ul>
