Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging health lesson plans designed for high school students.
- Provide individualized support to facilitate the student's learning and ensure they meet their educational goals.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to acmodate different learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents, healthcare professionals, and school staff to create a prehensive educational plan.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and munication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Dual certification in Health Education and Special Education for high school grades.
- Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a high school setting.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring that educational objectives are met.
