About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate 4th Grade Teacher to join our team. This role involves creating engaging lessons that meet students’ academic, social, and emotional needs while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Deliver daily instruction tailored to diverse learners
✨ Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned with our school’s philosophy
✨ Foster a safe, collaborative, and innovative learning space
✨ Partner with parents and professional staff for student success
✨ Participate in school events and supervisory responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred
✔ Valid State of Florida Teaching Certification
✔ At least 1 year of successful teaching experience (preferred)
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Comfort with integrating technology into teaching and learning
