We are looking for a Principal FP&A and Business Intelligence Officer to join our Craft3 team in the WA or OR Area.

About the Job:

As a Principal FP&A and Business Intelligence Officer, you'll be responsible for driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to support critical decision-making across the organization. The Principal FP&A and Business Intelligence Officerwill lead the development of specialized reporting and business intelligence tools, enhancing efficiency and data integrity. This position will also manage the improvement of systems and processes within business units to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual pay will depend on experience. This position is FLSA status exempt. We offer hybrid work flexibility, and employees have access to physical offices in Seattle and Spokane, Washington, and Portland and Astoria, Oregon. Employees may take advantage of flex/alternative work schedules.
