Dedicated Para / RBT - Full Time in Lincolnshire IL
A fantastic school district in Lincolnshire IL is hiring for a full-time dedicated Paraprofessional - Full Time to join the team. The successful candidate willprovide support for the students in the classroom or one-on-one settings.
Qualifications:
- Must have IL Para certification or 60 hours of college credits
- Minimum of 1+ years working as a paraprofessional in a school or special education setting
- Ability to work in a dynamic classroom environment with elementary school students
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a teaching assistant and provide classroom support
- Will assist students with daily living skills such as diapering and toiletry
- Must have experience working with aggressive students
- Experience working with resources, self-contained and cognately impaired students for all ages
- Assist with classroom management and instructional support for teachers
- Full time hours. 8:00-3:30 or 8:30-3:30 (hours will vary based on placement)
