Our internship program spans various dealership locations. Depending on the location's needs and housing availability, we may assist you in finding temporary housing!

We provide our Agricultural College Student Intern the unique opportunity to explore all facets of our dealership operations, including parts, sales, service, and integrated solutions. Whether you're certain about your career path or still exploring, our internship program will guide you through each department, allowing you to discover where your true passion lies. Check it out:

  • Sales Department: Learn from the best in the business! Work with our remarketing group, analyze used equipment, complete appraisals, and even deliver machines to customers. Get hands-on with product marketing and customer interactions.
  • Integrated Solutions Group: Dive into John Deere's cutting-edge precision agriculture products! Master the Operations Center, StellarSupport, JDLink, and more. Develop a robust understanding of digital product offerings and embedded technology features.
  • Parts Department: Become a parts expert! Sell parts, manage inventory, and assist with merchandising. Keep our parts department in top shape and learn the ins and outs of our operations.
  • Service Department: Assist our skilled Service Technicians. Get involved in machine assembly, pre-delivery setups, and complete priority service inspections. Learn the operational details of our service department!

At the end of your internship, you'll showcase your achievements! You'll present a final report to our senior management team, highlighting your contributions, completed projects, and suggestions for improving the program.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE STUDENT INTERN:

  • Current college student in the process of obtaining an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
