Located in Phoenix, AZ, this full-time contract opportunity for the 2025/2026 school year seeks a skilled School Psychologist to support elementary students in an engaging educational environment. This role focuses on providing comprehensive psychological services to young learners, with a caseload that includes approximately 30-50 initial evaluations and 10 re-evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs
- Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress and update educational plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and the EPP program team to develop and implement individualized interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or licensure appropriate for Arizona
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, families, and students
- Knowledge of educational laws and regulations related to special education
