Job Requirements:

Vermont Educator License with Special Education endorsement

Meet Vermont Agency of Education certification requirements

Prior experience working in a classroom or special education setting preferred
Job Duties:

Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each students unique needs

Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development

Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction

Maintain records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements

Encourage a safe and engaging learning environment for all students
