Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to individual student needs
- Employ differentiated instructional strategies to engage students effectively
- Monitor and assess student progress toward IEP goals and objectives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs
