This opportunity is for a dedicated School Psychologist to support student well-being and academic success within a dynamic elementary school setting. Serving a K-12 caseload, you will play a critical role in assessing, counseling, and collaborating to enhance student outcomes during the 22/23 school year. This full-time contract spans a full semester and offers multiple openings across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings to inform individualized education plans
- Provide counseling services to students and consult with educators and families regarding behavioral and emotional support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Assist in crisis intervention and support school-wide initiatives promoting mental health awareness
- Maintain detailed records and comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience serving a diverse K-12 student population
- Strong assessment, counseling, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school locations and with varied educational teams
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
