Assistant Infant Teacher (6 Weeks - 18 Months) The Goddard School Westerville (Polaris)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing fun, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Foster a safe, positive classroom environment filled with laughter and learning
- Observe children's interests and build hands-on curriculum experiences
- Communicate with families daily to share children's progress and milestones
- Collaborate with fellow educators and grow professionally
What We Offer:
Qualifications
- High School diploma required, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (required for Lead Teachers).
- Previous experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting.
- Ability to meet state background check eligibility requirements.
- Strong understanding of childcare programming, safety protocols, and first-aid procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative.
