An opening position is available for a full-time Teacher specializing in Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students at a K-12 school in Moreno Valley, CA. This contract role spans the uping school year and is tailored for a dedicated educator passionate about supporting students with hearing challenges.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure in teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a specialized educational setting.
- Strong munication skills, including proficiency in sign language or alternative munication methods.
- Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
- Collaborative approach to working with classroom teachers, speech therapists, and families.
