Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.
This opportunity is for two full-time Special Education Teachers in a K-12 school setting, with contract dates from August 1, 2025, through May 15, 2026. The positions are onsite and offer a hands-on role supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Position Details:
- Two openings available: one secondary, one elementary
- Secondary caseload includes 15-20 high school students
- Responsibilities include co-teaching and managing a resource room
- Elementary caseload consists of 40 students
- Elementary duties include running a resource room with one period each dedicated to Math and English Language Arts (ELA)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience with co-teaching models and resource room management preferred
- Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong organizational and munication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families
