Qualifications:
- Specialist degree in School Psychology or relevant field
- Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology
- Experience working with elementary-age children

- Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Proficient in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and develop appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral and academic strategies
- Provide counseling and support to students and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Facilitate professional development workshops for staff on mental health topics
- Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage in crisis intervention and provide support during challenging situations
