In this role, you will guide new and existing patients through a smooth enrollment process into our Care Management programs. Want to break into healthcare but don’t have experience? We’ll train you!
Responsibilities:
- Connect with eligible patients
- Educate and enroll patients into Care Management programs
- Guide patients through smooth onboarding process
- Accurately manage documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
