As a Technical Training Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering technical training related to automotive topics, providing installation advice, demonstrating products, and offering technical resources to automotive technicians, service advisors, and other personnel within the aftermarket industry. Great news! Your input is welcome in content development. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers in your region. This role involves both in-person and online training, utilizing resources from the Technical Training Academy. You should be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time, which includes visiting customer sites and attending trade shows and industry events to represent Moveras and the Moveras Technical Training Academy.

National with a focus in the Southeast Region
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver sales and technical training sessions for:
Retail store-based behind-the counter, outside sales staff
Automotive repair shop staff on behalf of and in conjunction with retail stores
Commercial sales representatives
Plan, Organize, and Conduct Training Sessions:
Regional sales seminars
District training session
Open houses
Assist with content development
Identify and document best practices
Certify shops through the Moveras Technical Training Academy
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
Attend trade shows and other industry events
Required Skills and attributes:
3+ years of technical sales (Automotive preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive drivetrain components and technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
A results-driven self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% for conducting on-site training sessions.
Must have or obtain ASE A2 within 3 months of employment
Preferred Skills:
ASE certifications in addition to A2 or equivalent
Degree in Automotive Repair, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with experience in automotive diagnostics, repair tools, or performance parts.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in building and managing client relationships.
Previous repair shop experience.
Bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation:
70,000/yr - 75,000/yr + Bonus
