Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs, ensuring pliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create accessible learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to student growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students and managing an elementary caseload.
- Strong munication and organizational skills.
