Executive Director of IDD Services
Location: Onsite - Pennsylvania
Position Overview:
The Executive Director of IDD Services will lead and oversee residential services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of residential services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and manage annual budgets effectively.
- Implement policies and procedures for quality service delivery.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including families and community partners.
- Mentor and support a team of managers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential services for IDD.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
- Extensive ICF (Intermediate Care Facility) experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and manage operational budgets.
