Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students educational and emotional needs
- Develop, implement, and modify IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to facilitate inclusive practices
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and attendance
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress
