School Psychologist 2025-2026 School Year (Napa, California)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join a dynamic team in Napa, California for the 2025-2026 school year. Position Overview:

  • Location: Napa, California

  • School Year: 2025-2026

  • Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time position available

  • Grade Levels: K-12 (Specific school assignments may vary)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for students, including diagnostic evaluations.

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in need of special education services.

  • Provide counseling and support to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a positive learning environment.

  • Offer crisis intervention services and develop strategies for managing student behavior.

  • Participate in IEP meetings, Student Study Team (SST) meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Assist in developing school-wide programs to promote mental health and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California School Psychologist Credential (or eligible to obtain)

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and IEP processes

  • Excellent munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, students, and families

  • Experience working with K-12 students in diverse educational settings (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to conduct assessments and provide counseling services to students

  • Knowledge of crisis management techniques and child development
