Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and modify curriculum and instructional strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's education.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic expectations and progress.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and fosters social skills development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives for students.
