In this role, youll conduct student evaluations, contribute to eligibility determinations, help develop IEPs, consult with school teams, and provide direct social-emotional support. Your insight will help shape interventions that meet both academic and behavioral needs.

To work as a school psychologist in Louisiana, you must hold a valid Louisiana Department of Education School Psychology Certificate or be eligible for one. A graduate degree and internship in school psychology are required.
