Fully Remote Special Education Teacher - Minnesota

Position Overview:

We are hiring a certified Special Education Teacher to provide virtual instruction and support to K12 students in Minnesota. This remote position allows you to deliver meaningful instruction, adapt curriculum, and help students reach their IEP goalsall from your home office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction aligned with students' IEPs

• Modify curriculum and provide accommodations to meet diverse learning needs

• Monitor student progress and update IEP goals and documentation as needed

• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and district regulations

• Use online platforms and tools to engage students and support learning

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

• Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• At least 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Comfortable with virtual learning platforms and remote instruction

• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing virtual instruction

• Familiarity with Minnesota special education compliance and documentation

• Additional certifications or endorsements (LD, EBD, ASD, etc.) are a plus
