One Vision in Fort Dodge is seeking a full-time Lead Job Coach to empower individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in securing and maintaining meaningful employment within their community.

What You'll Do:

As a Lead Job Coach, you'll ensure clients are successful in the jobs they love-while building positive partnerships with local businesses. You will:

• Provide on-site coaching and job training support to individuals at community-based work sites.

• Collaborate with employers to promote quality performance and successful retention.

• Supervise and schedule area Job Coaches, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain a personal caseload, assisting individuals in achieving and sustaining employment goals.

• Coordinate with families, funders, and other supports to foster long-term job success.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development for Job Coaches under your supervision.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Job Coach Certification or willingness to obtain within one year (required)

• Experience in training or vocational support (preferred)

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of liability auto insurance

• Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and lifting assessment
