Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

A school psychologist position is available within an elementary school setting in Robbinsdale, MN, for the uping 2025-2026 academic year. This role offers either full-time or part-time contract opportunities to provide psychological services supporting student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive psychological assessments to identify students' learning and behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special education support
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention for students facing emotional or behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to design and apply evidence-based interventions and strategies
  • Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to managing behavioral issues school-wide
  • Deliver professional development and training for educators on topics such as social-emotional learning, behavior management, and mental health
  • Consult with parents and guardians to provide strategies for supporting students outside of school
  • Promote a positive, inclusive school environment conducive to learning and growth

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology is required
  • Valid Minnesota state certification as a School Psychologist or eligibility for certification
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, psychological testing, and intervention techniques
  • Experience working in a school environment preferred
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations, school staff, and families

This contract position offers petitive hourly pay dependent on experience. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
