Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Project Coordinator for a 6-month W2 contract. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a solid background in cybersecurity governance documentation and project coordination. The successful candidate will interface with various Information Security teams and support the development and execution of governance processes and small-scale project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance documentation, including procedures, playbooks, and standards.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational security policies.

Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional Information Security teams.

Manage and track multiple small-scale cybersecurity projects simultaneously.

Communicate clearly and persuasively across different levels of the organization, both in writing and verbally.

Leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools—especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel—to create, track, and report project status and documentation.

Apply project management principles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of tasks and objectives.

Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement in cybersecurity governance.
Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and interact across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated experience writing cybersecurity governance documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, playbooks).

High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and ownership of tasks.

Power user of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Experience leading meetings and collaborating with Information Security teams.

Proven ability to manage and track multiple small projects.

Expertise in project management methodologies and techniques.
