Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in education or a related field
- Valid Texas teaching certification for 1st/2nd grade, or the ability to obtain one before the beginning of the school year
- Experience in teaching elementary general education, particularly in 1st or 2nd grade
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
