Position Overview
Soliantis seeking a qualified and student-focused School Psychologist to serve the K12 student population in Eldorado, Wisconsin for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working in close partnership with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to ensure that all students have access to the services and resources needed to succeed both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to support student learning plans

Provide direct and indirect support to students with emotional, behavioral, and academic needs

Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans

Participate in student support teams and MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) processes

Offer short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed

Support data-driven decision-making to improve school-wide behavioral and academic interventions

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure pliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications

Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) School Psychologist license (or eligibility)

Experience working with diverse student populations across K12 preferred

Knowledge of special education law, behavioral interventions, and educational assessments

Strong munication, collaboration, and organizational skills
