Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student academic and behavioral outes
- Provide counseling and support services to students and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs
- Offer training and resources to staff regarding mental health and wellness
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
