What we're looking for in a Ninja Course (gymnastics) Instructor
To be a successful Part-Time Ninja Course Instructor at the Y, you'll need a unique blend of skills and energy! First and foremost, a strong foundation in gymnastics is essential-showing off your skills while guiding kids through the course will keep them engaged and excited. Strength is vital, too, as you'll be demonstrating moves and encouraging young ninjas to push their limits safely. Moreover, communication is key!
You'll be interacting with children aged 3 and up, so a friendly demeanor and the ability to connect with each child, nurturing their confidence and enthusiasm, is a must. If you're ready to be a role model and inspire the next generation of fitness enthusiasts, this is the perfect role for you!
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Must possess gymnastics skills and strength.
