ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a school district inBostonto find a skilled and compassionateDeaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacherfor the2025-2026 academic year. This position offers a chance to make a lasting impact while working alongside a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Position Overview:

• Role: DHH Teacher

• Schedule: Full-time, contract position (W2)

• Setting: Onsite within a school environment

• Academic Year: 2025-2026

• Caseload specifics: Will be discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with hearing impairments

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success

• Design and implement IEPs in alignment with student goals

• Track and report on student progress and development

• Adapt instructional strategies to suit individual learning needs

Qualifications:

• Active DHH teaching certification in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain

• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Dedication to inclusive education and student advocacy
