We are seeking a Special Education Teacher for a school-based role in Lapeer, MI. This role focuses on supporting students with a range of learning differences and working closely with parents and staff to foster academic progress.

Job Requirements:

• Michigan Teaching Certificate with Special Education Endorsement

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field

• Understanding of IEP processes and compliance

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs

• Deliver specialized instruction in accordance with Michigan standards

• Use data to assess student progress and adjust instruction

• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
