🔍 Your Role: RN Nurse Educator / Infection Preventionist
In this multifaceted leadership position, you’ll support excellence in clinical care and education across our skilled nursing facility. Your focus areas include:
- Clinical Education & Training: Oversee staff onboarding, annual competencies, and continuing education.
- Infection Prevention & Control: Serve as the Infection Preventionist, leading protocols and compliance efforts.
- Restorative Nursing Oversight: Guide our restorative care initiatives to enhance resident wellness.
- Survey Readiness & Quality Assurance: Assist the Director of Nursing with audits, QAPI participation, and regulatory preparedness.
- Team Support: Fill in on the floor when needed to ensure seamless care and leadership presence.
🎯 What You Bring:
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania (Required)
- At least 2 years of geriatric nursing experience and supervisory background
- CPR certification
- Infection Preventionist certification preferred (we’ll support you in obtaining it!)
