We’re looking for a versatile Technical Writer & Solution Trainer to join our US-based team. This hybrid role combines deep content creation expertise with a strong client-facing presence. The ideal candidate is skilled in crafting high-impact, user-focused documentation and equally comfortable delivering solution walk-throughs, demos, and training sessions to internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Develop and maintain user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, and workflow documentation tailored to diverse audiences.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable materials.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure documentation accurately reflects product functionality and updates.
• Client-Facing Training & Demonstrations
• Conduct live and recorded product demonstrations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Create interactive training materials (e.g., guided walk-throughs, video tutorials, or sandbox scripts).
• Lead onboarding sessions, explain new features, and support change management through clear, instructive communication.

Documentation Management

• Maintain and update content in content management systems such as MadCap Flare.
• Use best practices in modular and reusable content development.
• Enforce style and accessibility standards across all published materials.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and UX teams to align documentation and training with business goals.
• Gather input and feedback from client sessions to improve materials and delivery.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with targeted content and presentation materials.

Quality Assurance

• Validate documentation accuracy by testing against live product workflows.
• Monitor content effectiveness and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

Agile Workflow Integration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies to stay in sync with product updates and feature releases.
• Track and manage tasks using Jira and other team collaboration tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with added experience in training or client engagement preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in simplifying complex information.
• Experience with content management tools (e.g., MadCap Flare) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Confidence presenting in virtual and in-person settings to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial services, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000
