We are seeking an energetic Daycare Teacher's Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. <li>Strong Leader - Must understand and be able to manage and handle children&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow daily routine</li>
<li>Cleaning and keeping the daycare clean</li>
<li>Teaching the young children routine and acceptable behaviors&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide great care and advancement for young children&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Strong Leadership skills</li>
<li>Able to move and work in a fast pace environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider preferred but no necessary&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and how children operate&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong children skills to understand each child&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills</li>
