Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Special Education Teacher to become a valued member of our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you'll be essential in delivering tailored learning opportunities and assistance to students with varying learning requirements.

Caseload / Details:

• Caseload: Early Childhood Preschool 3 to 5 years old
• Duration: 8/25 - 6/26

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Provide specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to track student development.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom community.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in special education
• Illinois certification/licensure in Special Education
• ELL (English Language Learners) Special Education LBS1 and Early Childhood
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
