Blazer Jobs is seeking 23 experienced Paraprofessionals or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a summer ESY program with potential for placement in the 20252026 school year. These positions involve providing support to elementary students and collaborating with school staff onsite.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist with instruction and behavioral support for students

Provide 1:1 or small group interventions

Support the implementation of behavior plans and academic activities

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet student goals
Qualifications:

School-based experience required

Active RBT certification preferred if applying as RBT
