Key Responsibilities (Training):

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) for new hires and current staff.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Create instructional materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and technology.
  • Track training attendance and completion; maintain accurate records and training reports.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
  • Stay current on training trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities (Quality Control):

  • Conduct secondary quality control reviews of work completed related to deposit accounts, debit cards and other operational processes for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, documentation errors, or policy violations.
  • Provide feedback and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and updating quality control checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare regular QC reports for management.


Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
40 hours per week.
